Terms of service

Last updated October 27, 2026. These terms are between you and FirstGen (“we”). By keeping a website we built, you agree to them.

What you get

A hosted website built from your public business information, a dashboard to change its content, hosting, and support by email. The price is $197 per month after a 14-day free trial. We bill your card monthly until you cancel.

You own or represent the business

When you check out, you confirm that you own or are authorized to represent the business the website is about, and that the name, phone number, address, photos, and other listed content belong to that business or you have the right to use them. If that isn't true, tell us at support@firstgen.dev and we will take the site down.

Reviews

Reviews shown on the site are quoted from your public Google Business Profile with the reviewer's public name and are attributed to Google. You can remove any review from your dashboard. We do not write or alter reviews.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The site is paused immediately when you cancel. You can reactivate later. See our refund policy.

Your content

You keep the rights to your business name, photos, and text. You give us permission to display them on your site. We keep the rights to the site design and software.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful. We may pause a site that breaks this rule.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep sites fast and online, but we can't promise a specific uptime, search ranking, or number of customers. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
