Before you're a customer

We build preview websites from information businesses have made public on Google Maps: business name, address, phone, hours, photos, and reviews. We may find a business email address on the business's own website or public social pages so we can tell the owner the preview exists. Reply to that email or write to support@firstgen.dev and we will stop contacting you and delete the preview.

When you're a customer

We store your email, your site content, your edits, and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We send transactional email (sign-in links, trial reminders, billing notices) through Resend. We keep a record of you in our CRM (Attio) to provide support.

Visitors to customer sites

Contact form submissions are stored and emailed to the business owner. We set one cookie on preview sites to count a visit once. We don't run ad trackers.

Deleting your data

Email support@firstgen.dev and we will delete your account, site, and preview within 7 days, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
